AIDA connects students with the right expertise to companies and municipalities with an assignment. Enviu guides the students during their internship and offers them workspace.
Tim van Straaten, one of last semester’s students active for AIDA says: “AIDA connected me with a local entrepreneur who wanted to make his business more sustainable. Through research I discovered that by putting 96 solar panels on the roof of the pilot, the entire electricity usage of his business would be covered. The entrepreneur said: “Go for it!” Now he has become a green energy producer. Within four years he will earn his investment back. He also enjoys at least another 20 years of free green power.“
