Crowdsourcing and co-creation is at the heart of what we do at Enviu. We work together with the crowd to co-create ideas and concepts, get world changing companies funded, and involve future client groups. For a lot of people, crowdsourcing, co-creation and crowdfunding are terms that are vague and difficult to grasp. The website crowdsourcing.org has created a cool little video which explains the various concepts of crowdsourcing.
Defintion of Crowdsourcing
In the video the following definition of crowdsourcing is presented: ‘Crowdsourcing is the process of connecting with large groups of people via the internet, who are tapped for their knowledge, expertise, time and resources’. This is why we want to work together with you!
Co-creation for positive impact
Crowdsourcing and co-creation are often used for the same thing. Co-creation refers to the proces of creating innovative solutions together. In the video it’s called crowd creativity.
