During the Millennial Mega Mashup from 7 till 9 may, Nick Shore of MTV Insights will present his “Generation Innovation” study. The Generation Innovation is also known as Millennials or Generation Y. They are the 100 million people born between 1982 and 2004. These peeps will drastically reshape the world in terms of its cultural, commercial and civic spheres.
Yup, they are the change makers our world needs! Instead of lazy and spoiled, this generation turns out to be entrepreneurial and innovative. Therefore the differences in lifestyle, and work ethics with the previous generation X, makes them an interesting group for research.

Is this Generation Innovation just another marketing term, or do you recognize yourself as being part of it? We would love to hear your opinion!

Totally agree! Baby-boomers assume it’s the lazy generation which takes everything for granted, but it’s in fact an enterprising generation which view things globally, who want to act local and want progress. And they’re ready to do what it takes!
Yes! Good to hear that you agree. The best combination to start change and move forward is to actually connect the generations: the knowledge and the skills of the babyboomers (the grey hairs), with the youth and willingness to contribute and make a change of the younger generation (the wild hairs).
