Our Enviu business developers went to the Lean start-up machine weekend in Rotterdam and they can’t wait to share what they learned with you in a few quick video’s!

Lean Startup Machine is a pressure cooker to rigorously transition from product focus to consumer focus. You are building a product for the consumer, so you should focus on the consumer to create a great product in the end. The way you approach your consumer in testing your proposition is critical to learn what’s working and what’s not. This is one of the many great lessons of the Learn Startup movement.
