We’re glad to share that Enviu has been featured in Vogue Business for our work contributing to more inclusive and grounded approaches to circular fashion. In the article “Meet the People Cleaning Up Fashion’s Waste Problem,” Vogue Business examines what happens to textiles after they are discarded, and the people, systems, and organisations involved in recovery work that is often informal, complex, and overlooked.

The feature references Enviu’s collaboration with Hasiru Dala through the Close the Loop programme, which focuses on strengthening textile recovery systems by improving working conditions, traceability, and collaboration across the value chain. It also highlights Second Spin, an Enviu-incubated venture working with hospitality and commercial partners to recover and recirculate textiles while embedding fairness and accountability into operations.

Together, these efforts reflect Enviu’s approach to circular fashion: working with existing actors, testing solutions in real conditions, and building systems that can function over time.

We appreciate Vogue Business for taking the time to explore these realities and for helping bring more attention to the social dimensions of textile circularity.
