We’re looking for a data driven Online Marketeer who will help us go to the next level. Finding, engaging and connecting to our audience online is essential. And you know all the inbound marketing tricks to get it done. Do you hear yourself say often “stop sending, start listening,” “I have an app for that…” and “let’s A/B test that! ”? You will…

Work on a lot of exciting things here at Enviu. Every day we’re exploring and defining the frontiers of impact-driven entrepreneurship. We are looking for a person who can help us build Enviu’s online presence and help create and nurture relationships with our target audiences. Practically this comes down to:

  • Understanding our audience
  • Monitor, analyze, and nurture potential partners
  • Think creatively about what we can do online to improve our “customer journey” and gain more potential partners through our online channels (social media, website, newsletter)
  • Ideate and build the customer journeys for our target audiences.
  • Renew our email marketing strategy and start implementing marketing automation.
  • Analyze and optimize our website. Continuously adjusting it to our target audience and improving user experience
  • Start and implement a Google AdWords strategy
  • Help our ventures with ad hoc projects like increasing followers for their social media, building and/or updating their websites, improving their SEO, etc.
  • Work together with our graphic designer, content marketeer and marketing manager in Rotterdam and our communication officers in Nairobi, Jakarta and Bangalore.
  • Help build world changing companies!

 

You are…

  • A true inbound marketeer with a strong growth hacking approach.
  • Data-driven and base your decisions on factual insights
  • Always curious about diving into the audience, thinking from their perspective, and striving to make their customer journey better
  • Young at heart and have 2-5 years of work experience.
  • A born short-copy writer. Writing catchy posts in different tones of voice is no problem for you
  • Tech-savvy. Working with online tools and apps gives you energy
  • A hands-on mentality kind of person who can work well independently.
  • Experienced with online marketing tools like Mailchimp, Hubspot, SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Adwords. You probably know more tools that we haven’t even mentioned here or know about ourselves.
  • Preferably experienced in building simple websites, and you have experience with WordPress
  • Fluent in English, and preferably also in Dutch
  • Passionate about making a difference in this world, for the better!
