Real change doesn’t happen overnight.
At Enviu, 2025 wasn’t just about setting goals, it was about testing new ideas on the ground, scaling what actually works, and building the partnerships needed to change entire systems.
From driving regenerative agriculture in East Africa to pioneering circular textile value chains in India and building the foundations for sustainable tourism in Bali, we continued exploring what it takes to create lasting change in some of the world’s most complex challenges.
Today, we’re excited to share the result of that journey. Our report captures a year of growth, experimentation, and learning. But most importantly, it tells the stories behind the numbers. Because meaningful progress rarely comes from a single intervention. It emerges through collaboration, persistence, and the willingness to test new approaches, even when the path forward isn’t yet clear.
Impact in Action : 2025 at a Glance
While you can dive into the full report for all the details, these three examples offer a glimpse into the impact created throughout the year:
- Regenerative Agriculture (East Africa): We worked with over 19,000 smallholder farmers to build climate-resilient value chains and cut post-harvest food loss, resulting in an average 30% increase in localized farmer income.
- Circular Textiles (India): Through our Closing the Loop program, we brought transparency to textile waste management, shifting local sorting workers into dignified, formal roles with guaranteed wages.
- Sustainable Tourism (Bali): We laid the foundation to tackle the environmental footprints of tourism, piloting localized, circular models designed to eliminate single-use waste at its source.
The Bigger Picture
Lasting change is never created by one organization alone, it emerges when entrepreneurs, businesses, governments, investors, and communities begin moving in the same direction.
The insights we gathered in 2025 have already laid the groundwork for our biggest projects moving forward. The stories in this report are examples of that progress in action, and we’re excited to share them with you.
